  • Do I need to be home for every cleaning service?
    No. Although you're more than welcome to stick around for the cleanings, we recognize that our clients have very busy schedules and are more likely to not be present. In these cases, our insured housecleaning professionals are provided with a spare key or garage code with your consent.
  • What type of properties do you service?
    We clean homes, townhomes, condo's and apartments.
  • Do you offer commercial cleaning services?
    Unfortunately not at this time.
  • What wont the Soigné team clean?
    For health reasons and the safety of our cleaners, our teams is not permitted to clean blood, feces, vomit, or urine from animals or humans.
  • How many cleaners will be sent to my home per clean?
    Our staff is very efficient and can complete a full work order with 1 cleaner in most cases. However, it is not unusual for us to send out 2 cleaners depending on the size of your property and your special requested needs.
  • How do I prepare for a Move In/Out Clean?
    Please ensure that your property still has full access to water and electricity, as our cleaners need both of these utilities to fully service your home.
  • What type of cleaning services do you offer?
    We offer a range of services including deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, special event cleaning, and regular maintenance cleaning.
  • How much do you charge for a full service?
    It greatly depends on not only which service you are interested in, but our pricing also depends on the size of your home, the amount of pets you have, and amount of time it takes to complete each clean. We recommend reaching out for a free price estimate!
  • How do I pay for my service?
    Once you have spoken to a team member and received a final quote for your service, you will then be sent instructions on how to pay for your service via our online secure payment portal.
  • When do I pay? Will I receive an invoice?
    All services must be paid in full via our online secure payment portal! Your appointment will not be confirmed until your payment has been received.
  • How do I schedule an appointment?
    To schedule an appointment, you can: Fill out our online form to get started with a Free Estimate & we'll get back to you promptly to schedule your first appointment! Additionally, you can send us an email at info@thesoigne.com with your preferred date and time, and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.
  • Can I schedule a specific appointment time?
    We clean many homes a day, and it's impossible for us to know exactly how long each home cleaning will take. That's why we offer you a preferred window of time, instead of a specific appointment time. That being said, if you ever have specific scheduling needs, all you have to do is reach out to us, and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
  • Something came up! How do I reschedule?
    No problem! You can reschedule via email or through our online chat function! Make sure to reschedule atleast 24 hours before your cleaning, to avoid a last-minute rescheduling fee.
  • I included laundry services with my cleaning, is this included in my total cost?
    No. You will receive 2 separate invoices- 1 for your cleaning, and another invoice for your laundry/dry cleaning.
