Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. We'll do our best to accommodate your new schedule, but please note that availability may be limited.

Cancellation 

  • We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we want to make sure you're satisfied with our services. For bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled service date, you will be charged in full with NO REFUNDS. Any cancellations prior to 24 hours before scheduled appointment, will be cancelled & refunded successfully with no penalty.

  • Cancellations or Rescheduling requests must be initiated and acknowledged by our team in order to honor any refunds or modifications. Please email us at support@soignemaid.com for any cancellation or rescheduling requests. 

  • We'll do our best to accommodate your new schedule, but please note that availability may be limited if enough notice is not given in advance.
